Hello everyone! Today is a quick look at what products I have emptied in the last few months. I’ll also be letting you guys know if I am going to repurchase any or not. So let’s get to it!
I’ve used these things over the course of a couple of months. And I have done in-depth reviews for some of these already so I’ll link those too.
First up is the Mecca Max Knockout Fluttering Falsies. These cruelty free and vegan lashes are awesome. They are so fluffy and light to wear, which is a huge plus for someone like me who doesn’t wear fake lashes often. The band was the perfect size and the lashes themselves provided that little bit of extra kick without being crazy dramatic. If you are interested I have a full list of vegan products from the Mecca Max range here. Even though these were great, there are so many other brands of lashes I want to try so I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing these just yet.
Next is the ModelCo LashXtend. I only bought this because I had seen Lauren Curtis (an amazing YouTuber and beauty guru) rave about it.
At first removal, I was in love. The application is amazing, no clumps, lots of coverage and a great brush for separating lashes. But my favourite part is that it is so easy to get off! It’s a tubing mascara so just a little water and bam, it’s off. No smudging, no fuss, I love it. I will definitely be repurchasing this, like stat.
The next duo is a little mini set from Drunk Elephant Skincare. It’s the Rise and Glow Duo. It includes the B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Gel and the C-Firma Day Serum. I have a full review here of these 2 products. Overall I enjoyed both of these but also have cheaper alternatives that I enjoy! I would love to try more Drunk Elephant products in the future because so many people rave about the brand. But would I repurchase these, probably not!
The following product is one I have had for quite a while. It’s the 3INA The Compact Powder. It is basically a foundation powder. It’s not the most amazing powder I’ve ever used but it definitely gets the job done! The consistency (finely milled) and the colour was great, my shade is 203. I don’t think I would repurchase this solely because of its similarities to the Australis Fresh and Flawless powders (which I also own). But I do genuinely love this brand for the number of products they have and their price point for quality makeup.
Lastly, I have the Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater. I’m sure I have raved about this before but it’s the bomb. I really enjoy this in summer when I want some extra hydration after putting on makeup. I also use it when I’m bare-faced, just before bed and when I wake up in the morning. You can check out where it sits in my skincare routine here. Overall this is just so refreshing and smells amazing. I have already repurchased another bottle and for the price, you can’t go wrong.
So that sums it up, my empties of the last couple of months and my favourite ‘buy again’ products. I hope you enjoyed this post. Let me know in the comments what you keep purchasing over and over again!
